Prophet Muhammad taught the Ummah that we are all guardians and that each of us is accountable for our speech. Parents, for example, are considered guardians of their children and are responsible for them. As a result, teaching the Quran to children and creating a passion for it in their hearts can be the best gift you can ever offer them, as it is our responsibility to look out for our children and ensure that they do what is pleasant to Allah.

The following strategies will be highly beneficial to your children's Quran learning journey:

1- Share uplifting stories from the Quran with them.

Stories play a significant role in many educational and instructional settings. Sharing Quranic stories with your children is extremely important because it instills a love of the religion in their hearts. Teaching children the Quran through stories serves various purposes, including provoking thought and setting an excellent example for them to follow. You can simply accomplish this by reading storybooks before bedtime or showing Islamic cartoon movies to improve your grasp of the Quran.

2- Find a technique to make learning the Quran enjoyable for children.

Children generally like playing, and they gravitate toward engaging and pleasurable activities. The reasons listed above demonstrate how important it is to make Quranic instruction dynamic and enjoyable for children. Your children will likely follow along and retain what they learn.

3. Set a practical example.

Actions speak louder than words. If you want your children to Quran recitation with their hearts devoted to Allah, you must first recite it and become attached to Allah and his teachings. Providing a positive example for your children to follow is far more beneficial than simply preaching with words.

4- Encourage your child's Quran reading by praising their efforts.

Supporting your child's pursuits is critical to improving their performance. It can accelerate their progress because youngsters thrive on attention, and a word of encouragement can provide many great benefits when teaching the Quran to children.

5. Keep it simple.

Forcing children to read and memorize the Quran might lead to demotivation. What matters most is that your children remain focused and productive at their comfort level. Just be patient and remind yourself that a thousand miles begins with one step!

6- Help your kids stay in the flow:

Allocate a certain time every day for recitation and Tajweed to bring the Quran closer to their hearts and create a genuine relationship with Allah SWT. Just remember that a few minutes of joyous learning can be far more successful than hours of pushing your children to study against their choice.

7. Repetition is the mother of all learning!

Repetition is without question one of the most effective essential learning aids for teaching children the Qur'an. To familiarize kids with the Quran, try constantly reciting the short Surahs in front of them and playing it softly at home as much as possible. Day by day, you will notice a significant difference in their level.
