2K getting rights for a non-simulation match is the very first step to us obtaining a good simulation game; if the NFL sees that most of its foundation is happier playing a non-sim game without all the things that Madden 23 coins
produce the NFL greater than Football, they'll need to step up their sim game to bring the brand of soccer back under the shield of the NFL. The Show has the best franchise style hands down. My gripes are players start once they hit 30, declining once you know you're not playing with all 162 games plus at least 11 in postseason and it is so hard to get into it.

NBA is a decent balance but once you receive a star in service you golden. It is too simple to get a team that is fantastic. But the features are all better than Madden. It's fucking sad to state, but I would rather play Madden 08 at this point with players who seem like fucking legos. Even the scouting lacks depth. EA is banking on football being the most popular sport by far, Madden having cache out of it's new and it being the only game on the market of it's genre. Players continue spending countless MT, so they don't have any need to place effort.

The casuals do not care about the gameplay much as what is new this year since they are not trying to perform 16 franchise games over the span of a couple weeks. I'm so fucking angry at what this game is now. I love football. I haven't genuinely loved Madden since the shift in ps2. I thought it would get on ps4. Franchise still does not have the depth it did almost 15 years ago. It is absurd. It is absolutely fucking absurd.

To be fair to EA (vomits upon saying that) that the NFL has final say on what goes in the match. There's a reason concussions are no longer an accident in the game, that helmets fly, and a slew of different things. If you really think the NFL is going to sign off on an expansion/rebranding that the likes of 2K where folks can have BLM, or Pornhub logos, or whatever people may think of as they do in 2K on helmets next to the NFL shield you are crazy. Remember this is the league which would not even let Alex Smith wear a San Francisco Giants hat into a press conference when he was with the 9ers and the Giants were in the World Series.

That being said, that doesn't excuse all the other items that are lacking like participant finder, historical stats, a real coaching team, better player models (or even the capacity to edit what your player looks like rather than the exact same 10 premade faces from 5 games ago). I am not a fan of the player progression change. It seems like instead of fixing people's ability to exploit the match by knowing what stats were sport breaking but retained overall down so players stayed cheap, they simply added an"archetypes" system in which they removed what little real customization controller you'd and forced one to create them better as that archetype with no say over what stats were increased with a level up.

We now have draft courses that are editable. True enough. But it's been just what 5 years since 2K has done anything to change my league. It's like they don't want to provide us more and gave us. Also so a number of the attributes they do have doesn't work. But 2K is the king of cheap madden 23 coins  (Franchise mode) that I will never deny. It's something for everyone to perform within the menus. When you are done in the menus that the gameplay is 16, their greatest overall downfall is.
