Today marks the start of OSRS gold  the Oasis Restoration participants will be tasked by the task of transforming the Duel Arena following a cataclysmic earthquake that devastated the arena. They will work together to turn the devastated arena from "a bloodthirsty battle pit where the greatest heroes have made a living from one-on-1 match-ups, to a serene place to relax."

Players will be able to reconstruct the region and will be able to complete daily tasks which will earn them rewards based on their progress. People who participate in the community event will get exclusive event rewards including a brand new crocodile pet, title, outfits with desert themes, and Gators' shoes.

After the two-week community celebration The rebuilt area will be called Het's Oasis an area of education and exploration that will feature new skill-related material for those wanting to increase their Agility Hunting, and Farming skills.

"Heroes will also assist in the battle against God of Death in two Eye of Het mini-quests as they go to Het's Tomb to find a powerful object that can help the gods of the younger generation as part of the Elder God Wars saga," the press release reads.

In a new campaign that starts now and runs until March 3, 2022 players will be able have a new variant of the classic "Partyhat", an accessory that was initially accessible during a holiday event at the time of 2001. It was initially available in red green, yellow and purple. It is also available in white in RuneScape's "The Golden Party Hat Hunt" quest will enable players to unlock one of the highly-sought cosmetics with a metallic shine.

Since the hats are only available in limited numbers for a short time and were later removed, any player lucky enough to have one can sell them for billions of in-game coins. Although the hats are just for decoration and do not provide any stat bonuses, they're currently the most expensive item on the Grand Exchange, hitting the highest price of 2.1billion gold in 2015.

To get their hands on head-on-heads in a Golden Party Hat, players must fulfill "various objectives" and earn eight gold shreds for their efforts. After the eight shards are earned, they are used to create the Golden Party Hat.

However there is a catch. Not only is the event time-bound, but only one golden hat is made per participant. Much like the 2001 hats, Jagex declares of the gold hats that "after the cut-off date  buy OSRS GP  they will not be ever again available for purchase!"
