Plate Beveling Machines

The PB series Plate Beveling Machines are innovation for the preprocessing of weld preparations

on metal plates. Because of its precision, speed, versatility and finish quality, the Plate Beveling

Machines are the ideal partner for hand-held and robotic welding. The PB series Plate Beveling 

Machines produce accurate, high-quality, machined bevels on plates from 0.24" to 4" (6 - 101.6 mm)

thick using a high-speed rotary milling head with replaceable carbide inserts. The machines feature

an infinitely adjustable bevel angle from 0 to 90 degrees.

Facing and beveling preparations are possible on all machinable alloys including stainless steel, 

duplex, super duplex, Inconel and other alloys.
