I have been wearing titanium lightweight blue light glasses all the time except when I took them off during sleep. The frame does not pinch the face, does not compress the bridge of the nose, and is comfortable to wear, thanks to the material of the slender glasses frames.

The lens design is very versatile, high-definition transparent, and the coating is uniform. Wearing it does not have the very obvious feeling of being separated by a layer of glass, nor does it cause dizziness. When I was coding at work, I felt like I had a literary temperament. I didn't really think I was quite 'gentle' before.

Even when I went to the market to buy groceries, I used it as a flat mirror because I forgot to pick it off. I don't know if there is any psychological suggestion. After watching my phone and computer for so many days, my eyes no longer feel dry and itchy.

At present, I carry these titanium lightweight anti-blue light glasses with me, and I can't operate a computer, use a phone, or watch TV without them.

Nylon lenses are used. The main material used for nylon lenses is special transparent polyamide, commonly known as memory nylon, which is an ultra-fine ultraviolet-resistant transparent crystal material. The most prominent features are strong impact resistance, nonfragility, and excellent chemical resistance, making it the first choice for high-end lenses. The scratch resistance of the surface is comparable to that of PC chips, but its price several times that of PC is the main obstacle to its widespread adoption.

Even if there are anti-blue light glasses for eye protection, it is not omnipotent. It is still necessary to pay attention to daily eye care and achieve scientific and reasonable eye use.
