The plot of the movie revolves around Jackson and Sloane, who hate holidays. Their singledom leaves them with awkward clingy dates or family gatherings during the festive season. And when they meet, they promise each other to be the plus one to survive the awkwardness during festivals.

The Christmas Aunt is a 2020 drama movie directed by Tibor Takacs. The film stars Jarod Joseph in the role of Drew and Keshia Knight Pulliam in the part of Rebecca Miller. The Christmas Aunt is scheduled to be released on 1 November 2020 as a video on demand on Lifetime.

The story’s plot revolves around Rebecca Miller, who returns home in Tennessee on Christmas to take care of her nephew and niece as their parents are away. And she is also expecting to meet her childhood best friend, Drew. She tries to prepare different decorations to redeem the Christmas spirit in kids. David E. Talbert’s Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey is an upcoming Christmas musical movie. The movie stars Madalen Mills, Forest Whitaker, Hugh Bonneville, Keegan-Michael Key, Anika Noni Rose, and Phylicia Rashad. It is scheduled to be released on 13 November 2020 on Netflix.

The film is a sequel to the 2018 movie The Princess Switch. In the first film, actress Vanessa Hudgens has a double role as twin sisters, and there are speculations that fans can have three of them in the upcoming movie. It is a joyful Christmas movie with the multi-character of Hudgens.

2018’s The Christmas Chronicles is a Christmas comedy movie directed by Clay Kaytis, written by Matt Lieberman. The film stars Judah Lewis, Kurt Russell, Lamorne Morris, Oliver Hudson, Darby Camp, Goldie Hawn, and Vella Lovell.

The movie’s plot follows two children, Teddy and Kate, who notice a Santa Claus in their home. They live in Lowell, Massachusetts, with their widowed mother, Claire (played by Kimberly Williams-Paisley). On Christmas eve, Claire is forced to work, leaving her children behind at home.

Happiest Season

Happiest Season is an upcoming romantic comedy directed by Clea Duvall, who also co-writes the screenplay with Mary Holland. The film stars Mackenzie Davis, Kristen Stewart, Alison Brie, Dan Levy, Aubrey Plaza, and Mary Steenburgen.

The plot revolves around a lesbian couple, a woman who plans to propose to her girlfriend while attending her family’s holiday party. Meanwhile, she discovers that her girlfriend has not yet revealed her sexual preference to her conservative parents. The movie is planned to be released on 25 November on the streaming platform Hulu.
