Spirit Airlines may be America's most despised carrier—and sure, it merits a portion of its awful press. (Leaving travelers abandoned? Not a decent look.) But rather overall, I think the main motivation for Spirit's helpless surveys is that most explorers essentially don't have the foggiest idea of how to fly spirit airlines reservations.
